Getting Started section in README.md is outdated

I'd love to run this project locally but Getting Started section appears to be outdated.

It would be helpful if this guide included:

• List of dependencies other than the ones specified in package.json such as Unity Editor, nodejs, vite, LFS and others if applicable.
• Versions of said dependencies.
• Steps to clone, install build and run the project.
