[Bug]: Public Lab website displays "there is an error" and is unavailable.

Describing the bug:
When visiting [https;//publiclab.org,] I encounter an error message stating:

   "" Ther is an error. Are u sure you have the right address ?
       Public Lab currently has no capacity to maintain or operate this website . The above static site is a 
        maintenance-free version available when the live site goes offline.""

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior :

1. Go to [(https://publiclab.org)] on a mobile browser.
2. The error message appears instead of the normal website.
