Can't set hotkeys that uses "window keys'

Trying to set hotkeys that uses the window key does not work. (don't detect other keys)

Example:

• Try to set draw start hotkey to : "winkey" + z
• It detects "L.Win" key but not the other pressed key

PS: Great tool, very useful.

Unrelated but, might be nice to have a slight border for the zoom panel to differentiate it from the screen.
And a setting to set the zoom panel offset. (eg: to put the zoom window below, or left of the mouse for example)

About the shortcut using win key, I'm not sure I will be able to capture the key before windows. meanwhile you can adjust the shortcut directly in the hotkeys.ini file.
