How do i make window mode big again?

I can't seem to figure out how to make it big again

and how do i disable window mode or unsave its configuration?

Sorry for late answer.
first If you quit ppInk and restart it without saving the parameters, the window mode will be disabled.
second option If you had saved it you can modify the config.ini file : the entry is "Inking_Area" to be reset to -1,-1,-1,-1
final in your snapshot, you can not see the full bar. to resize it you can open the options and reduce the heigh/size:

then the arrow button will be accessible.
