I would prefer to have Luca Codeluppi's testbench (not yet integrated in a PR) before merging this. The change is slightly intrusive. |

In principle we do not want to issue a write transfer on a channel that has the byte enable at all 0. This PR uses the
bevalue to inhibit thewenin the above cases, preventing spurious writes.
