Partially based on GCC revision 226050 aka a26dad6 Fixes problems when bootstrapping gcc as well as newlib-gcc as indicated by error messages regarding graphite and isl such as: "graphite.c:88:0:" "graphite-poly.h:398:43: error: ‘isl_constraint’ has not been declared"

Even Debian stable nowadays comes with an ISL/Polly version that provides some changed interfaces that require changes/fixes in the parts of GCC that use them to even get it to compile. I have not tested to build it with older (or still newer) versions of ISL so their might be regressions.
