I think this is the right thing to do, as click is not a direct dependency in these cases.
Let's hope our direct dependencies have learned a lesson...

Reverts the changes made in #981 and #982 since the new version of click was released. Dependabot already tried to update the boundaries in pulp/pulpcore#7111, but pulp/pulpcore#7117 reverted the change.
