Improve log output

The current log output is rather hard to read, especially when there are lots of log entries. Some ideas

• Add timestamp to each entry
• Add new entries at the top (would be consistent with test.pusher.com)
• Do something funky with animations to make new entries clearer. Currently the animation goes a bit wonky when the list gets too long.

I also think the log entries would be clearer for developers if they were worded closer to (or identically?) to the underlying delegator calls.
