[DOCS] Contributing refers to maintainers, @pvlib/maintainers, but link doesn't work, who are they?

Describe the bug
The Contributing section of docs refer to "maintainers" and say to ping @pvlib/maintainer, but as mentioned in a recent comment, only team members can use this link, and it's actually @pvlib/pvlib-maintainer so it's a typo. No where does it say who the actual maintainers are. There's no link to the pvlib org

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. https://pvlib-python.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contributing.html?highlight=maintainer
2. read
3. ask yourself, "who are these maintainers?"
4. try to ping @pvlib/maintainer

Expected behavior
I can follow a link to pvlib org to see the maintainers, or there's a section in the document that lists them.
