std::nullopt_t(orstd::experimental::nullopt_t) as part ofstl.h. This is needed, for example, if default value for an optional arg inarg_vis anullopt, as seen in the test.nonerefcount bug as spotted in Add default and converting constructors for all concrete Python types #464 (comment).
