UI becomes unresponsive with "filter local" on big datasets

Description

We ran some big jobs. When I tried to "filter local", the page become unresponsive. You can see there are probably 100k-300k rows within the view.

Local filtering (as the name suggests) operates entirely in the browser. Looping through a large amount of local records can cause the problem you experience. I would suggest that you are using the SQL search box at the top left for filtering large amount of records:
