probe: CMSIS-DAP: fix no data returned from jtag_sequence

• CMSIS dap probe does not return response data within cmsis_dap_probe.py
• Within cmsis_dap_core.py the full read data is not returned, but only single byte

Tested with a Cypress/Infineon Miniprog4 on a low level jtag interface implementation

sorry was reading contribution guide, but was unsure, if this is within the "Arm Limited" copyright.

Currently I'm working at my company a lot with PyOCD, which works great.
So therefore I just wanted to contribute to the small things, I'm currently experiencing.

In case I find additional stuff, is a pull request sufficient, or would you prefer to enter an issue first?

If you already have the necessary changes to fix the issue, then a pull request with a description of the issue and how it is solved is sufficient. Otherwise please open an issue first.
