Thanks! Looks like you should exclude pypy 3.8 and 3.9 as well. @jpvanhal any objections to me merging this afterwards?

IMHO we should just drop support for EOL Python versions entirely, but that can also happen outside of this PR.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what the policy here is so I only dropped the stuff that wouldn't work in CI anymore.

Looks like everything looks fine now, thanks again for the efforts! Will wait a few days to see if the maintainers respond, and if not, I'm fine with merging this.
