Shorten plugin source paths for --fixtures #9292
Description
Follow-up for #9281 (comment) - we might want to consider shortening all paths inside site-packages (or perhaps just paths coming from plugin fixtures) in the --fixtures output. Perhaps -v should also display the full paths again.
