While fixing this I noticed pytest's own --override-ini help is wrong:

 -o [OVERRIDE_INI [OVERRIDE_INI ...]], --override-ini=[OVERRIDE_INI=[OVERRIDE_INI=...]]

With this PR:

  -o [OVERRIDE_INI [OVERRIDE_INI ...]], --override-ini=[OVERRIDE_INI [OVERRIDE_INI ...]]
