Some points on the document work different in 3.9, plus changed the order of the sections a bit to make more sense for users reading it for the first time.

coveralls failure appears to be urllib3/urllib3#1456 I wonder why it only bit one of the jobs though 🤔 |

It is unrelated, it seems to be an issue with codecov on OS-X... not sure how to work around it (we might decide to skip coverage for that job until this is fixed). |
