Two changes:
Implements a "file:" prefix for the configuration so that for example if the factory encounters
response_matrix: file:ideal_orm.jsonit will not try to load the 'ideal_orm.json' but instead interpret it as a string, while also prepending with the root folder
changes a bit the response matrix of the orbit module to make it optional so that you do not need to change the configuration file if you have not yet computed the response matrix.
