'history -t' doesn't handle multiline commands properly

Tested using examples/example.py.

• enter a multiline command, i.e. orate with arguments which span multiple lines
• create a transcript using history -t file.txt
• examine file.txt

The transcript does not include the line continuation character at the beginning of subsequent lines in the multiline command input.
