Integrate all legacy documentation into new structure #722
Description
We now have a new documentation structure in place, however, most of the legacy documentation is not integrated into the new structure. The goal of this issue is to integrate all of this legacy/historical documentation into it's proper place in the new structure. This integration will necessitate some rewriting, but this issue is really a "reorganize what we have" focus, not a "write a bunch of new stuff" focus.
