Mainly to remove duplication.
Some functional changes:
--jobs autofor all builders, not justlinkcheck. This speedsmake -C docs clean htmlfor me from 25 seconds to 14 seconds.--fail-on-warning --keep-goingfor all builders, not justhtml.
