I'm sorry, but this is a much more substantive rewrite than I would like to see, and introduces several errors. I don't have the stomach to guide you through further revisions. I'm closing this.

This is an example of how I would continue through the documentation.
Note: One element I also address is sentences (especially paragraphs) beginning with "It is ...". IMHO it is much clearer documentation when "it" is specified rather than assumed.
