This is another stub that benefits from #8923. We can now run stubtest on all 3 supported platforms to ensure the stub is fully completed.

Concerning the missing dunder methods, I have recently learned about the @type_check_only decorator, would that help?

Marking as draft for now. I'm using the CI to help me validate across platforms.

According to mypy_primer, this change has no effect on the checked open source code. 🤖🎉
