Merging this into master so that it can be used in an Arcade release. However note the current version of pytiled_parser in the master branch is obsolete and is being replaced by the complete re-write in this branch: https://github.com/Beefy-Swain/pytiled_parser/tree/rf/caster However it's going to be a good bit of time before the Arcade integrations for the re-write get finished, so we are merging this and creating a new release that Arcade can use until the re-write work is finished. |

This was used in our recent PyWeek entry which makes use of object layers and image layers in Tiled.
