Clearer workflow re: illustrative examples VS creating the model examples

It would be beneficial for it to be constructing a real example as you went along.

Currently, this feels unclear - some bits are "emergency-des" - some bits unrelated examples - some bits using one of the example models.

Want to have a clearer pathway through the book, and what you end up with at the end (similar to HSMA DES book - you clearly construct and iterate on a model).

From conversation with @TomMonks , he agreed that it is nice for the main page content to be focused on simple explanations of concepts rather than having too much code on the page.

We agreed that basically: we have the book, we have the full models, we're just missing a link between the two.

He proposed that the videos are that link that bridge the gap - so, the book explains concepts, and then the videos explain the examples, how it's put together, why, etc. (#8).

Rather than trying to do too much on each page of the book.

I suggested there could also be page - equivalents to those videos, where the focus of the page is one walking through the examples like the video does.

TODO: Being clear on each page, that we are using illustrative examples (or, if real examples, where from). As Nav commented in #44 - "As we are currently working through the A&E example" - so need some clarifying on what exactly you are working on, when you are working through the book, and that the pages are describing concepts and not necessairly one example that will come together, but our example models are.
