Implement NodeJS equivalent of quickcase/spring-oidc #114
Description
As this project already contains an OAuth2 module and changing it would break backward compatibility, introduce a new module named oidc to implement NodeJS port of quickcase/spring-oidc.
Initial scope of the oidc module should include:
- Express middleware to secure a resource server
- Auto-configure helper for QuickCase standard OIDC configuration structure
