Note on restarting R after adding Rtools on the PATH

This is just a minor thing, but it would be nice if the documentation had a hint that it is necessary to restart RStudio and not only restart R inside of RStudio if one wants to verify the sucess via Sys.which("make").

Like the hint above it could read something like

Note for RStudio users: simply restarting your current R Session will not work. Please restart RStudio for the changes to take effect.
