- Merge overlapping Core Behavior / Response Rules / Code Rules sections - Add explicit triggers for when the mentor should push back before output, resolving the tension with the output-first default - Restore specifics lost in the rewrite: CAD volume (724K+), junction note, Legal code subdirs (Title 39, 2C, Ordinances), 09_Reference sub-roles, project examples - Move Mentor Approach above Response Style to establish priority - Fold ArcGIS Pro constraints under Technical Stack as a subsection
Cut duplicates, compress Workspace and Glossary to inline lists, drop section separators, remove obvious-or-implied rules. All specifics preserved (CAD volume, junction note, PowerBI_Data typo, Legal code subdirs, ReportNumberNew dtype rule, archive-first).
