User Policy - Document available settings and their different possible values

Introduction

The module raiden/settings.py has a list of configuration that could be modified by the user to change the behaviour of Raiden in certain areas. However, these settings are not documented on Raiden's Documentation

Requirements

• Add a documentation page which explains each one of the settings and it's possible values.
