Cannot place multiple selected folders into another folder

Describe the bug
This might be a feature request and not a bug... let me know and I can move it appropriately.

I thought I would be able to select multiple folders and then click and drag them into another folder. This seems to only work for one folder at a time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hold shift to click on first folder in collection. This turns things into check boxes.
2. Click on checkbox to select other folder(s)
3. Click and drag selected folders into another folder.
4. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior
Upon clicking and dragging multiple folders into another folder, they are placed into the folder where the click is released.
