Cannot read property 'base' on PostExcerpt

Property base is undefined

Steps to reproduce:

• npm start / npm run startdev
• Navigate to http://localhost:3000/articles
• Handle click on any post

Output:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'base' of undefined at Object. (/WordExpress/dist/server.js:42:11)

Notes:
The page layout from Articles is "PostList"
