By the way, I noticed the README mentions the following:

However, starting from client version 2.07, global-metadata.dat has some new form of encryption that Il2CppInspector cannot decrypt as of 2021/01/28

I've written a Python script to dump the decrypted global-metadata.dat from GFL's steam version. You can find it here. Apologies that the documentation is in Chinese, but the code itself should be straightforward enough.

Just wanted to share this in case it's still an ongoing issue. Feel free to ignore if this information is already outdated!
