[FEA] Rename --benchmark-gpu-disable

How do y'all feel about changing --benchmark-gpu-disable to something like --benchmark-gpu-nomemory or --benchmark-gpu-nomemtest or --benchmark-gpu-skipmem ?

The current name seems a little misleading. It's not disabling the GPU, but just a set of metrics.
