Bug: Sometimes listDevices is taking long time to list hdmiCEC devices connected to the CEC Adapter #133

Problem/Opportunity
With the release/1.2.0 tag
sometimes cec adaptor is taking long time to list the connected devices. listDevices is not listing the CEC devices connected to adapter with in the specified timeframe (30 sec) mentioned in file framework/core/hdmicecModules/remoteCECClient.py
