Document data source - FusionCatcher support files

As a user, I want to document the downloaded data files included with the FusionCatcher install. It seems like this has a bunch of useful annotation information.

Note that most of these files have simple annotations like this:

OK - I don't think we can/should re-parse all of these. If we have fusioncatcher as one of the inputs, we'll get all these in its output. It may be useful to have some of these written down though.
