What issue is this PR fixing?
isPreselected was not working when set to true as AIRMapMarkerManager was missing RCT_EXPORT_VIEW_PROPERTY for isPreselected in order for it to be settable
How did you test this PR?
I tested it on my branch by setting isPreselected to true/false
