Do we need stylelint?

Why

Reasons why i think we should cull it:

• Currently stylelinting does not work. Rather than spending effort fixing it (by fixing our css styles), I think at this point it makes more sense to remove it because it creates more noise and mental overhead rather than providing us with benefits.
• I think linting tools are awesome to enforce good styles, so if we need it in the future, we can bring it back in.
• 2 less dependencies = less things we have to support
