What is the current behavior?
OAPH Source Generator was set up to operate as per the Fody Equivalent where no Default Value was taken
What is the new behavior?
Added the ability to set a default value which will remain until the OAPH produces a value.
What might this PR break?
This new feature will return the Default value instead of a Null Reference Exception
