[Feature] Allow the use of the Auto-Generated Material You theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The app looks like it uses Material 3, and it has a dependency on a Material 3 library (Saw in the library license page), the question is, is it possible to enable the use of the auto-generated theme of Material You?

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding support for Material You. It would technically also allow to add themes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using Nunti instead, but it has no integrations with external RSS readers (Nextcloud News, for instance).

This could be implemented along side the PR #180, as an additional theme within the theme switcher.

Update: After some tinkering, I have managed to make it work. Only thing left from my implementation is to remove the option of enabling Material You on Android versions that don't support it.

I'm unsure if merging it with the already open PR is a good idea though.

For now, I made a modification of the PR #180, where I added a Colour Scheme named Material You, which uses the functions androidx.compose.material3.dynamicLightColorScheme and androidx.compose.material3.dynamicDarkColorScheme in order to supply the Colour Scheme to the app.

I'll ask if the creator of the PR wants me to commit this functionality into the PR...
