Fix colors on More tab

By default ComposeView has transparent background and black text. In order to use colors from MaterialTheme we need to use either Scaffold or Surface, or set them manually using CompositionLocalProvider. Fix colors in More tab by wrapping it in Surface.

I wonder what would be the best choice here, Scaffold or Surface? Surface is good enough, but all other tabs use Scaffold. What do you think?

Well, Scaffold's purpose is to provide a "template" for a typical screen with top/bottom bars, FAB, etc. For simple screens that don't have that Surface is enough. There is no difference in behaviour and I see no reason to not use the simplest solution. If this screen will need Scaffold's features it would be trivial to rewrite it.
