Airdrop hero: remove 'Not reached? Burned forever' section

What to remove

The "NOT REACHED? BURNED FOREVER." section with the burn callout box:

• "If MCap stays below $7K:" box
• "10 PLOT → burned permanently 🔥"
• "No team keeps it..." text
• "Either way, PLOT holders benefit..." text

This info is now covered by the new headline subtitle ("If not, locked tokens will be burned") and the "How is this different?" modal.

Files

• `src/components/airdrop/CampaignHero.tsx` — remove section 3 burn callout

Acceptance Criteria

• Burn section removed
• No orphaned helper functions related to this section

Verified against current main: the requested "Not reached? Burned forever" burn callout section is no longer present in src/components/airdrop/CampaignHero.tsx. This was satisfied by earlier Batch 2 work, including PR #1030. Closing as already completed.
