If builds that run on GHA require some test infrastructure, should that live in AWS (incurring export bandwidth charges) or in Azure (which might also have some inter-region bandwidth charges but they are probably lower)? |

Good question. For the purposes of the tech radar, I'd say that probably counts as an exception that should be noted if/when it happens? (e.g. we should put it in AWS, but if we find export bandwidth charges matter then of course rules can have exceptions). |
