Followup to #70
This adds the ability to alter live diet templates by changing attribute names with interpolated values, and still works properly.
I also added some facility to unittest live mode by changing the diet template and verifying the output works (mostly so I can verify that the given code fixes the issue).

statementContstands for "statement continued", which is used to avoid having to raw text outputs between statements that will never have raw text (I didn't notice this for the main PR).ping @s-ludwig this should be it for the live mode.
