General option for EvaluationMetrics #35
Description
Motivation
Additional metrics is too specific.
Goal
- allow to have more general option data
Implementation
- make it JSON-format string (fix grpc spec)
- fix type of EvaluateResult.option
- able to add plugin to visualize optional data (add it to dashboard)
