Feature Request : allow editing CRD manifests

Currently, ship doesn't support editing manifests with CRDs. It would be good to have this in future.

Copying part of my comment from there for future reference:

For kustomize to patch CRDs you need a set of custom transformer configs: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize/tree/master/examples/transformerconfigs/crd
And that’s not something we’ve looked into generating yet (or adding a UI to allow you to configure one manually)
