What
This pins the version of
ipykernelto<7.0.0forrerun-notebook. Version7.0.0introduced a bug (ipython/ipykernel#1450) which prevents our embedded Viewer from receiving data that's been sent from a thread.7.1.0will include a fix for this, but until that's out we should pin theipykernelto any version before7.0.0
