REV-12341 Comprovació comptadors rectificatives en activar TBAI
Quin problema soluciona TBAI no accepta rectificatives amb el mateix comptador que les factures simplificades. REVO no ha de permetre quan s'activi TBAI si el comptador de devolucions no és diferent del de simplifcades. També ha de comprovar el mateix concepte en la configuració dels caixers. També ha de comprovar que el prefix sigui diferent. ULL: a tindre en compte que ASISMAN duplica normalment del compte "asismanplantilla" i aquí ve la fiscalitat posada amb mode "test".
