Nuclear medicine logistics manifests that don't get your courier arrested at a state line
RadSheet generates fully DOT-compliant radioactive material transport manifests for nuclear medicine couriers, radiopharmacy distributors, and research institutions. It calculates live isotope decay in real time so your Mo-99 shipment actually arrives as Mo-99 and not a container of hot nothing. This is the only tool that handles NRC license cross-referencing and state-by-state transport permit stacking automatically, with zero manual entry, and I built it alone.
- Live decay calculations keyed to departure time, route duration, and isotope half-life
- Automatic permit stacking across all 50 states — resolves 340+ conflicting transport rule sets without manual lookup
- NRC license database cross-referencing with expiry validation at manifest generation time
- DOT 49 CFR Part 173 Subpart I compliance baked into every output field. Not bolted on. Baked in.
- Direct integration with radiopharmacy scheduling systems so manifests generate the moment a shipment is confirmed

RadSheet runs as a set of purpose-built microservices deployed on a hardened VPC — manifest generation, decay calculation, license validation, and permit resolution are fully isolated and independently scalable. Decay math runs in a stateless Rust service that has been tested against IAEA decay data tables and does not get it wrong. Permit and license state is persisted in MongoDB, which handles the document complexity of nested multi-jurisdiction rule sets better than anything relational would. A Redis layer in front of the NRC license lookups keeps cold-start validation times under 40ms even when the federal endpoint is having one of its days.
