Please add FobosSDR support to SDRAngel

Hello RigExpert team,
I'm pleased with my FobosSDR device. It has awesome quality and potential, but the supported software range is too narrow for now. One of the great software for SDR is SDRAngel. It has outstanding features for digital radio. Unfortunately, SDRAngel lacks Fobos support.
Could you please contribute to SDRAngel to make it work with Fobos?

@CharlieDeltaOscar No native support, indeed. But you might try to go the Soapy way. First, install Soapy, then - FobosSDR module, https://github.com/rigexpert/SoapyFobosSDR and, finally, make sure SDRAngel is compiled with Soapy support in place. If all goes well, then FobosSDR should appear on the RX devices list.

@fobos777 Looks like Soapy way is not windows-friendly way. As mentioned here it is no correct instructions for Windows build or per-build soapy modules (which is preferable).
