Software and XML files; This is the newest version (2.2.3) of the software that created on April 10, 2019. iMet is a standalone software tool to reconcile metabolic networks where metabolic networks can be loaded, edited and integrated. This tool has been implemented using the Java programming language as a cross-platform tool with a user-friendly graphical interface. This tool can be used on each operating system with Java runtime environment (JRE). iMet has been extensively tested on the most common operating systems including: Linux, Windows and Macintosh. iMet accompanied with sample files is available here!
