Hi,
TranslationAI looks a very useful tool that could potentially reshape a landscape of translational RNAs.
I have a quick question about its input format. What does (int, int,) mean in below example?
The header line format of input fasta file is: >chrN:int-int(+/-)(annotation)(int, int,).
Example: >chr3:28283123-28361264(+)(CMC1)(241, 568,)
I guess it should be annotated TIS and TTS pair, but I am not sure. Is that meaningful information when it predicts TIS/TTS pair from the given sequence? or is it only used for the purpose of training?
It would be great if you could reply this question.
Thanks!
